{"id":31046,"date":"2025-03-12T07:00:37","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T11:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anokaareachamber.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=31046"},"modified":"2025-11-15T00:46:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T05:46:44","slug":"creative-office-assistant-2","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/anokaareachamber.com\/?post_type=job_listing&p=31046","title":{"rendered":"CREATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CREATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT with Flexible Hours and Growth Opportunity!<\/p>\n<p>Inky Elf, a growing printing and graphic design company located in the city of Ramsey, has an immediate opening for a Creative Office Assistant, critical to helping maintain work flow and a great customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible weekday hours in a friendly<\/p>\n<p>environment and the possibility of advancement and \/or transitioning into full-time.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities vary each day and include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating a great customer experience through phone, email and in-person contact<\/li>\n<li>Graphic Design Preparation in Adobe Creative Suite<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the team with important, Light Production Tasks, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Helping to maintain a neat, organized environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organization Skills<\/li>\n<li>Efficient Work Practices<\/li>\n<li>Good Customer Interaction Skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Take Direction<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Adobe Design Suite is required.<\/li>\n<li>A Basic Understanding of Print Production is preferred, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay starts between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>Interested?\u00a0 Please call Inky Elf at 612-354-4444;
