PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER with Flexible Hours and Growth Opportunity!

Inky Elf, a growing printing and graphic design company located in the city of Ramsey, has an immediate opening for a Production Team Member, critical in helping to provide a great experience for clients.

This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible weekday hours in a friendly

environment and the possibility of advancement, as well as transitioning into full-time.

Key Responsibilities vary each day and include, but are not limited to:

• Operating and maintaining critical production and finishing equipment
• Ensuring quality in all products and packaging orders
• Handwork (assembling, finishing, sorting, etc.)
• Working with artwork and production files
• Receiving and organizing stock and materials
• Helping to maintain a clean work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• A sharp eye for detail
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Basic Mechanical Understanding
• Basic Computer Aptitude
• Knowledge of Print Production and/or Adobe Creative Suite programs is helpful,

but not required

• Teamwork Skills
• Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs. and to stand in place for production work

Pay starts between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on qualifications.
