PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER with Flexible Hours and Growth Opportunity!

Inky Elf, a growing printing and graphic design company located in Ramsey, has an immediate opening for a Production Team Member.

This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible weekday hours in a friendly environment and the possibility of advancement and transitioning into full-time.

The ideal candidate has:

• A sharp eye for detail
• Problem-solving Skills
• Basic Mechanical Understanding
• Basic Computer Aptitude
• Knowledge of Print production and/or Adobe programs is helpful, but not required
• Teamwork Skills
• Ability to comfortably Lift 50 lbs. and to stand in place for production work

There is plenty of variety in the daily tasks.  Some of them include, but are not limited to:

• Inspecting and packaging orders
• Operating and Maintaining production and finishing equipment
• Handwork (assembling, sorting, etc.)
• Working with artwork and production files
