WEBCO is a rapidly expanding, low voltage technology company who are looking to add to their team. Seeking an ambitious, hard-working individual with interest and experience in an environment that requires regular interaction with both customers and technology to join our team. WEBCO Security associates assume significant responsibility early on and must be self-motivated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The ability to be self-motivated and interested in technology, security, audio & video
• Implement appointment-based selling of residential and commercial business
• Complete consultations at homes & businesses throughout metro area
• Develop a high level of product knowledge and expertise through ongoing education available via resources provided
• Attend networking & other industry events
• Ability to see opportunities to sell to every customer
• Clean driving record

Salary

• $50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience) + commissions. Estimated commissions could meet or exceed 40-50% of total compensation (depending on sales performance, profitability, etc).
