Mission:  To become a catalyst for strengthening community manufacturing – accelerating a transformation into a more efficient and powerful engine of innovation, job creation and economic growth.

What we know:

• Today, the greatest common issue is around workforce development.
• Secondary issue in high regards; continued need for operational excellence.
• There is common need for collaboration.
• There is value in sharing resources and having one central point of contact in the region.
• A local organization (like AACC) is better suited to or could be better plugged into the needs of manufacturers.
• We have an opportunity to play a role that could alter/ develop/ grow our community organizations with this initiative.
